KICKING KETCHUP

This mildly spiced ketchup is made with the finest San Marzano tomatoes for a depth of tomato flavour that you will not get with mass produced commercial ketchups. This flavour is then greatly enhanced with mild spices that give a length to the flavour. We use finest Spanish Smoked Paprika that adds a little smokiness, garlic, allspice, pepper and a little chilli. An excellent condiment for both young and old and a great way to introduce younger children to a little spice. Served with burgers, bacon sarnies, and cheese on toast it really lifts all their flavours.

MILDISH NAGA PASTE-OUT OF STOCK

To avoid confusion this is a hot chilli paste by most standards but by usual Naga chilli standards it is quite mild making it ideal if you would like to sample the delights of the fruity flavours of the Naga chilli without the mega burn. The burn is also long lasting with this paste but in a pleasant way if you enjoy hot spicy food. Chilli heat is a natural flavour enhancer and this effect works better than we have ever seen with this specific paste.
