These diet curry kits are designed to work without adding any oil , fat or sugar. We recommend that you cook them with skinless chicken breast pieces for an extremely tasty and low calorie alternative to our standard kits. We have spent several months developing them to get maximum flavour from the spices and cooking method without the addition of any oil at all and we think the results are fantastic. In fact some of our staff prefer these low fat alternatives to the original kits.
When cooked with 200g Lean skinless chicken breast each portion will work out to approximately 300-350 Calories. You can reduce this even further by halving the amount of meat and adding extra vegetables such as peppers, chunks of onion, mushrooms etc. Serve with a plain boiled rice for perfect low fat, low calorie dinner.
