Don't just take our word for it, here is what Gary from Reading had to say about them:
I have not cooked much over the years, but recently, i have begun to cook at least once a week, inspired by new friends with a flair for cooking.
One of the first things that I tried to cook was a curry using 123curry kits. Whilst it gave great results, I found the whole experience a little stressful,
probably due to the fact that, as a novice, I bit off a little more than I could chew by preparing and making two different curries at the same time!
The taste of the kits was as close to an authentic Indian resturaunt curry as I have ever tasted, even I had managed to achieve fantastic results!
When the opportunity arose for me to try the "just add water" kits, I jumped at the chance, thinking that if I could get good results with the more dificult kits, these would be easy!
Well, even I was astounded by the results! All I did was cook some bite size chicken pieces until they were sealed, added the "just add water kits" and some boiling water,
stirred and simmered for twelve minutes. That's it! I made two diferent curries with no fuss, the ease of them was amazing, and the stressful memories of the last double curry attempt were long forgotten!
I cooked the Korma for my wife and two of the children and the madras for one child and myself. All plates were spotless after the meal, and second helpings were had by all!
The korma was very well received by the non-spicy lovers, having I'm told, a taste not unsimilar to coronation chicken.
The madras was, not to put too fine a point on it, awsome! I like my curries quite hot, and whilst there was an afterburn, it complimented the other flavours perfectly.
Curry cooked by me may now become a more regular occurance, amazingly, requested by everyone!
Thank you "just add water" kits, you've made me look like a far better cook than I actually am!
