- Plain Poppadoms
- Oil or Ghee

| Add a centimetre of oil to a frying pan and heat to a high heat for about 10-20 minutes. It should be ready when the oil starts to smoke. Then taking 1 poppodam at a time fry in the oil for a few seconds only. If the oil is hot enough the poopadoms will quickly expand and after shaking excess oil off, the rest should burn off leaving crisp dry poppadoms! |
